  1. INTRODUCTION
    Thank you for shopping at Dapper Fall Menswear LLC. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or refund an item. Below is our refund policy, designed to ensure that your shopping experience is both satisfying and convenient.
  2. RETURNS CONDITIONS
    ●Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and fully packaged, including all tags, instructions, and original packaging.
    ●Return Time Limit: You can return an item within 30 days of receiving the item.

    ●Contact Customer Service: If you need to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team at richardholley@dapperfallmenswearshop.com to explain the reason for the return.
    ●Return Authorization: The Customer Service team will provide a Return Authorization Number and detailed return instructions.
    ●Return Mailing: Please return the item along with the original packaging and all accessories in accordance with the instructions we provide. Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective.
    ●Product Inspection: Upon receipt of the return, our Quality Assurance Department will inspect the item. The product must meet the return conditions before a refund can be made.
  4. Refund Method and Time Limit
    ●Refund Method: The refund will be returned to your account through your original payment method.
    ●Refund Time Limit: After the product arrives at our warehouse and passes the inspection, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 working days.

    If you want to exchange the product, we recommend that you return the product according to the return process and place a new order to purchase the product you want.
