Shipping methods We work with a number of reputable logistics companies, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx and USPS, to ensure that your goods are delivered safely and quickly.
Shipping time ● Standard shipping: Generally, the order will be delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.
Order processing time All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Order processing time includes the picking, packaging and delivery of goods to the logistics company. Please note that orders may not be processed on weekends and public holidays.
International shipping ● We support international shipping, and international shipping costs will vary according to the destination and package size, and detailed information will be provided at checkout. ● The shipping time of international orders may vary depending on the customs processing process at the destination.
Tracking your order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the shipping status of your order on the corresponding logistics company’s website.
Damaged or lost items If the item you received is damaged during transportation or the order is lost during delivery, we will re-ship it for free or refund you in full. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the goods to report such problems.
