Shipping time ● Standard shipping: Generally, the order will be delivered within 3-5 business days after processing.
Order processing time All orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Order processing time includes the picking, packaging and delivery of goods to the logistics company. Please note that orders may not be processed on weekends and public holidays.

Damaged or lost items If the item you received is damaged during transportation or the order is lost during delivery, we will re-ship it for free or refund you in full. Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the goods to report such problems.
